Learn How to Lose Weight from Someone Who has Actually Done It!

Between February 2008 and October 2008 I lost 60 pounds. The methods I devised to lose that weight are not rocket science, and can be followed by anyone. There is no magic wand, no drug, no diet plan. The simple truth is I ate right and exercised. By continuing my weight loss methods I have kept the weight off, and will keep it off forever.

The truth is losing weight is not all that hard. The hard part is getting started, and committing to sticking with the routine log-term. You cannot "diet," because a diet is a temporary activity. You need to make a permanent change to maintain better health and fitness over time. Once you commit mentally the physical weight loss will follow.

Why should you listen to me? Easy. Because I have actually done it!

Most trainers have never been overweight, so they may know plenty about fitness, but they have no idea what it feels like to be fat. They have no idea how hard it is to put down the cookies and chips, and get started.

Celebrities who appear in commercials talking up their own weight loss have hours to spend in a gym, and are getting paid to lose weight. They don't have the same 9-5 work schedule, and hectic home life most of us have.

I started eating better, and worked in 15 minutes of exercise everyday while working a full time job, spending time with my wife and kids, and doing all the other chores the average American does daily. I'm proof that anyone can lose weight in 15 minutes per day.

You can buy my new book very soon to learn how you can lose the weight, and get fit. Only $5.00, and will be an instant download. Cool huh?

Or, if you feel you need a big brother to stand over your shoulder (so to speak), you can sign-up for my coaching program.
